It is not too late! \nThe Watershed Review Board appeals hearing is scheduled for Tuesday\, November 15\, 2022 at 1 p.m. at the Caswell County Historic Courthouse. The Historic Courthouse address is 144 Court Square\, Yanceyville\, NC 27379. \nBackground:  Following county procedures\, community members made appeals in February 2021 to deny local permits that should not have been issued.  For over 21 months\, citizens have been waiting for their grievances to be heard.  Now\, both the company and our county\, made motions to dismiss the appeals without allowing the citizens to be heard.  The hearing on November 15 will decide whether or not our county will silence citizens’ first amendment free speech rights or address their grievances. \nPlease show up to provide your support at the Caswell County Historic Courthouse on Tuesday\, November 15 at 1PM.
